There were two seeds nearby, farther down, on either side of the glasslike surface, that could use water. Thymelixsen found that he was still in contact with the ship-forest, even though he wasn't on the chair; that lasted until he discovered where the seeds were, then ebbed. The seeds were hidden in panels in the wall, which opened when Thymelixsen put his hand on it and though about opening. It revealed a huge seed with some roots. There were two red and two orange surfaces around the seed, and above it in the container.

May and I tried to work together to help Thymelixsen find the second seed, but his connection had faded, and from there, he couldn't reconnect. He came back to the chair, and this time asked about defense/weapons, asking about thorns, barbs, and so on. He got an image of brightly-colored leaves and flowers, with a sense of warning. They were not deadly unless they were transgressed, as thorns and puffballs do not hurt unless touched or eaten. When he pictured bugs and other fauna, all he got back was the image of two pill-shaped bugs with two rotating hairs, that hover, looking rather like what one might expect bugs from Eck Clack and Tek Tek Turka's place to be like.

Thymelixsen went towards a pod of spores, which he found by thinking of tubers and other forms of sustenance, and May and I continued putting energy into the forest. Cor went with Thymelixsen. Jack tested going into the shadow realms, and discovered that he can get into the shadows from the ship. There are shadow spirits there that know the Shadow Lord. After that, he stayed with May and me, just in case there were difficulties.

May and I continued, and it started to feel like the forest-ship was pulling the energy through, rather than just accepting what we poured in. The energies pulled faster, getting very strong. I tried to set up a channel, to keep myself from being pulled through, but I found that the flow was already too hard, and I couldn't do anything. It got more and more intense, the energy increasing and increasing; I could barely hold on with that passing through me. May touched me, and told me I needed to close the door. I hadn't realized she had gotten out, and I was no longer touching her; I had no sense of anything else. I managed to pull out, and felt very sad coming back to the small connection to the Father that is usual in this place. Apparently after May pulled out, I'd fallen down, and there was white light arcing off me. I'm glad I was able to not lose myself in it, though I wish I could feel that level of connection here without the risks.

I found out later that Cor and Thymelixsen joined Eck Clack and Tek Tek Turka, going towards the tuber place. They got to a room with lots of debris. Cor went in and found the cache, which seemed to be like coconuts. He also found some kind of tool, and two long silvery boxes. The investigated, and found that the boxes had vials of green fluid carefully packed in; the other had only six; three had been used.

We regrouped, and discussed the situation. Thymelixsen had told the forest-ship to grow, which is likely why the energy flow got so great. How much more energy would it take for the ship to grow what it needed to be usable again? Twelve sleep-wake cycles with May and I channeling at full energy. I fear that that would be the undoing of us both, were we to try it.

Eck-Clack and Tek Tek Turka said taht the vials were some kind of sap. Cor found a room with roots in patterns, and knobs with holes that fit the tools he'd found.

May and I went with Thymelixsen back to the chair room. He figured out which limb in the forest was the broken door, and told it to regrow that branch, to fuse that recently-broken limb. Once that happened, Eck Clack and Tek Tek Turka could come into the chair room, which will be much more useful. And it fixed itself, and Eck Clack and Tek Tek Turka came in, and said that Cor in the room above had helped with the door.
